Services:
Payment: To book an appointment with me, you must pay either a deposit or in full before officially booking your appointment. Your appointment is not final until I receive a deposit or a payment in full, which means someone is still able to take your booking. The deposit is non-refundable.
Late fee: If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be charged a $30 late fee. If you are 30 minutes late to your appointment without a heads-up an hour before, your session will be canceled and marked as a “NO-SHOW,” and you will not be refunded. NO-SHOWS will be automatically charged in full and will receive a $20 No-Show fee.
Cancellation: If you want to cancel your appointment, the shortest notice you can give is an hour's notice. If you wish to cancel 48 hours or more before your appointment, you will receive a 100% refund. If you want to cancel 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a 70% refund. If you wish to cancel an hour before your appointment, you will get a 50% refund. Any cancellation after this point will only result in a 20% refund.
Product:
Resell: You are not allowed to resell the photos given to you; however, you can share them with anyone.
Refund: My photos are non-refundable; however, if you are unhappy with your photos, please feel free to leave a review. You can also choose whether you want them published on my website or not.
Receiving product: I have up to two weeks to give you my finished product. This does not mean it will take me two weeks to complete. If I fail to give you my final product within two weeks, you will get a full refund. I will also give you sample photos three days before giving you my final results to get an idea of what you think of my work.
